The ASP Ultra Plus Chain Handcuffs (Steel Bow) are designed with a keyless double locking system. Double locking ensures both the subject and the officers are safe. The double locking mechanism is simply to use, just press the double locking bar with a fingertip. The process of locking is much faster, and less likely to be overlooked. And since a key no longer needs to be access or present during the cuffing process, it's even safer for all involved.
