Taurus cool cop August 11, 2019 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Kinder, LA United States   Took about a month and 2 orders to finally receive the product. According to customer service they ran out and wouldn't say so until after making multiple emails and phone calls. If my husband didnt need this item I would have given up on trying to get a hold of it long before. The product is as expected but the customer service is terrible. Smh. Excellent product. August 5, 2019 Reviewer: BH from Frazer, PA United States   This is an excellent product but if you want this item quickly I would get it elsewhere. I ordered an item, the cool cop, which was listed in stock. I placed the order on 07/03 and was told the item was not in stock. I paid $31 for overnight Shipping and did not receive the item until  July 31. Customer service was in communication with me but I would recommend they show items out of stock when they are in fact out of stock. Was this review helpful to you?

Poor communication July 14, 2019 Reviewer: chris kloosterman from kalamazoo, MI United States   Item was ordered and showed in stack.  After a long while of not receiving the item, I contacted the company and was informed it was on backorder and not in stock.  Than was told it would ship in 2-3 days.  Order was received a week and half later.  Did not offer any discounts or communicate shipping delays.
