I ordered this product after calling in to confirm if product was available in warehouse, after confirmation I placed the order and when the item was delivered, it wasn’t the right one. I escalated this to customer service where they apologized and said I could return the item and get a refund. I’m still waiting for the call label to return but am appreciative I can return the item and look for a product that fits my needs
